khelibet Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every person who uses the khelibet platform. Accessing the khelibet website, creating an account, playing any game, or completing any financial transaction means you fully accept these Terms.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the revised Terms. It is therefore in your interest to review this page from time to time.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The minimum age to create an account and play on khelibet is 21 years. No one under 21 may use this platform. You will be required to confirm your age during registration and may be asked to submit an identity document.

2.1 Requirements for Registration

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You may create only one account in your own name.
• The information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You must use your own mobile number and email address.
• You may not create or manage an account on behalf of another person.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your khelibet account secure is your own responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Password Protection

• Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters in your password.
• Changing your password at regular intervals is a safe practice.
• Always log out of your account after using a public device or someone else's network.

3.2 OTP Verification

khelibet uses mobile OTP verification for security. Never share your OTP with anyone — no khelibet staff member will ever ask you for your OTP.

6 Gameplay and Fairness

All games on the khelibet platform are operated through certified software providers. Game results are determined by automated algorithms, and khelibet does not interfere with those results.

6.1 Game Cancellation and Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost or a server problem occurs during a game, khelibet will determine the game result based on its records. khelibet reserves the right to correct any winnings or losses displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bot, or automated system to place bets is prohibited.
• Claiming advance knowledge of game results in order to deceive other users is prohibited.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity through an account is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine gaming only — attempting to meet wagering requirements through strategically low-risk bets may result in bonus cancellation.

7 VIP Program

khelibet's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members are automatically promoted to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

7.1 Weekly Cashback

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses.

Example: a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

7.2 VIP Benefit Terms

Cashback is paid on a weekly basis and represents only a portion of net losses — it is not a guaranteed reward. khelibet reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the khelibet website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is owned by or licensed to khelibet. No user may reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

khelibet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Registration using false information.
• Threatening or harassing another user.

Whether the valid balance of a suspended account is returned will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

13 Limitation of Liability

khelibet always aims to provide a reliable service, but the service may be temporarily disrupted for technical reasons. khelibet will not be liable for losses caused by server downtime, internet issues, or third-party errors.

Gaming is a form of entertainment that carries risk — both winning and losing are possible. khelibet does not guarantee any winnings.

14 Changes to the Terms

khelibet may amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the site for significant changes. Continued use of khelibet after any change means you have agreed to the new Terms.

If you have questions about any part of the Terms, please contact the support team. You can also read about khelibet's background and history to learn more about us.
